Founded by Dylan Struik, who tried behaviour therapists and course after course that never moved the needle for his own dog, Luna, until one trainer finally showed him exactly what to do, step by step. DoggoPlan turns that into a $37 plan.

Recognize this?

Walks feel like a battle

Your dog lunges, barks, or freezes the second another dog appears. You scan every corner, cross the street to dodge triggers, and come home wired instead of relaxed. A walk should not feel like this.

You can't leave the house in peace

The barking, the chewed-up door, the puddle by the mat. You watch your dog panic on the camera and feel sick about it. You've stopped saying yes to things just so you don't have to leave them.

Guests, kids, the doorbell, all of it

Your dog is tense when company comes over, on edge around the kids, set off by the vacuum or fireworks. You're embarrassed, exhausted, and quietly afraid of the day something goes wrong.

And you blame yourself

You've tried YouTube, friends' advice, maybe a class that didn't stick. You wonder if you're failing them. You're not. Your dog is scared, not bad, and a clear plan can change that.

The method behind the plan

Built on the force-free protocols our coaches designed

Every plan starts from the same place: the method behind every plan was developed by certified dog behavior coaches. You answer a short quiz, and we translate your dog's profile into a clear, week-by-week plan they can actually follow.

Designed and overseen by our coaches

The exercises, the order, and the progressions come from protocols our affiliated coaches co-developed. Force-free throughout, no shock collars, no fear, no dominance tricks.

Shaped around your dog

Your quiz answers, their triggers, their history, and your daily routine decide what goes into your plan and what gets left out. No generic checklist.

Reviewed before it reaches you

Every plan is reviewed by one of our coaches before it reaches you, so what lands in your inbox is something they would put their name on.

Our coaches are certified in force-free behavior work and have spent years with anxious and reactive dogs. They designed the protocols your plan is built on, and one of them quality-checks every plan before it is sent.

Our story

I love my dog. I still let her down. Then one trainer showed me what real help looks like.

I got Luna in the middle of a burnout. I would love to say I did everything right, but I didn't. I was deep in my own dip, I barely left the house, and during the puppy months that matter most I hardly did anything with her. That was on me, completely. By the time I came up for air, we were already starting from way behind.

And it showed in everything. I couldn't sit on a terrace with her. I couldn't have anyone over, partly because she couldn't cope with it and partly because, honestly, I could barely cope with it myself. The one thing that was meant to help me through that period, my dog, had quietly become the thing holding me back. When I met my partner it held her back too: no friends round, no spontaneous plans, everything arranged around what Luna could handle.

So I did what you're told to do. I tried things myself. I had a behaviour therapist come to the house. I did training courses with her. And it just never moved. Plenty of theory, plenty of 'observe her, give her space, manage the situation,' page after page of information. Almost none of it told me what to actually do on a Tuesday night when someone knocked on the door.

What finally turned it around was sending Luna to a dog trainer. Not because he had some secret, but because he was decisive. He showed me exactly what to do, how to practise it myself, and what to switch to if it didn't work. 'Do this now. Too much? Drop back to this. When she can manage that, move on to this.' Suddenly it was a path instead of a pile of advice, and within weeks we were a completely different team.

That is the part that still gets to me. None of it was complicated. It could have been explained that clearly from day one. The therapists weren't wrong, they just weren't decisive, and when you're an overwhelmed owner, decisive is exactly what you need.

DoggoPlan is the thing I wish I'd had at the very start. The same force-free protocols the good trainers use, turned into a clear, step-by-step plan for your specific dog and your real life, for $37 instead of months of expensive trial and error. Not a magic fix. A direction you can actually follow at home, starting today.

Real owners, real dogs

What owners tell us after a few weeks

A few notes from owners after following their plan for a few weeks.

Loki couldn't be alone for ten minutes without howling, the neighbours even complained. The plan built it up minute by minute, exactly around what I'd filled in. Now he stays calm in his bed when I run errands.
FleurFleur · Loki, kruising van 2
Boef ignored me outside and just bounced around the garden. The exercises are short and playful, which works far better with a pup than being strict. He now comes back nine times out of ten when I call.
Thijs & BoefThijs & Boef · Boef, pup van 8 maanden
Saar startled at every sound and barked the whole flat awake. After a few weeks she's noticeably calmer, though the doorbell is still a thing. For 37 euros I didn't expect this. Only downside: I'd have liked a few more videos.

Nova used to lose it at every dog on the street. The plan named her exact triggers from the quiz and gave me short exercises for on the go. After three weeks she can let a dog pass on the other side. Not up close yet, but the panic is gone.
EllenEllen · Nova, golden retriever van 3
Pixel used to fly at everyone who came in, barking. I'm seventy, so I need something simple, and this was it. Step by step, with clear instructions. My grandchildren dare to visit again.
CorryCorry · Pixel, chihuahua van 9
Our pup Diesel couldn't settle at night and cried in his crate. The coach who reviewed the plan gave a build-up that actually fit his age. Within two weeks he slept through. What a difference for the whole house.

Questions, answered

The honest answers, before you start

Will this work for my dog's breed or age?

Yes. Your plan is built from your dog's profile, not a breed checklist. Puppies, seniors, rescues, mixes, we adapt the exercises and the pace to where your dog is right now. Fear is something dogs of any age can unlearn, gently, one rep at a time.

Is this a subscription?

No. It's a single $37 payment for your dog's plan. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no surprise charges. You get lifetime access to your dashboard plus a PDF you can keep.

I've already tried trainers, videos, and gear. Why would this be different?

Because it's decisive. Most advice tells you what's wrong and to "manage it." Your plan tells you exactly what to do today, what to switch to if that's too much, and what comes next, small daily steps drawn from the same force-free protocols good trainers use, shaped around your specific dog.

How much time does it take each day?

Five to ten minutes. The plan is built around the time you told us you have, even if that's just five minutes before breakfast. Short and consistent beats long and occasional, every time.

How fast will I see results?

Many owners notice calmer moments within the first few weeks, with bigger change over a couple of months. There's no magic switch, and anyone promising one isn't being straight with you. A few minutes a day, done consistently, is what adds up.

Is it safe? Is it really force-free?

Completely. No shock collars, no prong collars, no "alpha" or dominance tricks, nothing that scares or hurts your dog. Every exercise is gentle, reward-based, and doable at home. It's training guidance, not veterinary or medical advice, so if your dog seems unwell or in pain, please see your vet.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Do your plan's daily exercises and tick them off in your dashboard. If your dog isn't calmer within 60 days, email us your progress and we'll refund every cent. The only thing you risk is staying stuck.
