Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data DoggoPlan collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

2. What we collect
We collect: the answers you give in the quiz (about your dog and your routine); your name and email address; order and payment metadata needed to deliver and support your plan (we never see or store full card numbers); your dashboard activity and any feedback or problem reports you send; and basic analytics and advertising identifiers, such as cookies and pixel IDs, when you consent.
3. How we use it, and our legal bases
We use your data to build, review, deliver, and support your personalized plan and to run your account (to perform our contract with you); to send service emails about your order and plan (contract); to send optional tips and reminders, which you can opt out of at any time (consent or our legitimate interest); to measure and improve our ads and website where you consent; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that run DoggoPlan on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our database and hosting providers Neon and Vercel, Google (to generate your plan and, where you consent, Google Analytics), PostHog (product analytics and session insights, hosted in the EU), and Meta (advertising measurement, where you consent). Each handles your data under its own agreement and only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an account and your plan, and afterwards only as long as needed to provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@doggoplan.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand and improve performance. You can manage your choices through any consent options we provide and your browser settings.
9. Children
DoggoPlan is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
