Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe trying DoggoPlan. Here is how refunds and our guarantee work.

1. 60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy within 60 days of purchase, for any reason at all, we refund your full one-time payment. You do not have to fill in a form, show any progress or explain anything. One email is enough.

2. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

DoggoPlan is digital content prepared and delivered specifically for you. By buying your plan and asking us to start building and delivering it, you ask for performance to begin and acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content. This does not affect your rights under our 60-day guarantee above, which is more generous.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@doggoplan.com from the address you used at checkout and let us know you want your money back. A reason is welcome but not required. We will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned in full to your original payment method via Stripe. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, usually within a few business days.
