These Terms govern your use of DoggoPlan. By taking the quiz, buying a plan, or using your dashboard, you agree to them.

DoggoPlan is a service operated by IQIO B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95491414, at Kastanjehout 48, 1787 RH Julianadorp, the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@doggoplan.com. "We", "us", and "DoggoPlan" refer to IQIO B.V.
DoggoPlan provides a one-time, personalized, force-free dog training plan based on the information you give us in the quiz, delivered by email and through your online dashboard. It is an educational and training product to support you and your dog. It is not a veterinary, medical, or behavioral diagnosis service.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan and use DoggoPlan. You agree to give accurate information in the quiz so we can build a plan that fits your dog.
For a one-time payment you receive a personalized plan, built from your quiz answers and the force-free protocols our coaches designed and reviewed before delivery. You get lifetime access to your dashboard and a downloadable PDF. We may improve, update, or adjust the plan and dashboard over time, including in response to a problem you report.
DoggoPlan does not provide veterinary or medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If your dog shows signs of illness, pain, or sudden behavior changes, please consult a licensed veterinarian. You train at your own pace and are responsible for the safety of your dog and of the people and animals around you. Stop any exercise that feels unsafe.
Your plan and dashboard are for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, republish, or redistribute the plan or any DoggoPlan content, and you may not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
DoggoPlan, our method, plan templates, copy, and other content are owned by IQIO B.V. or its licensors. When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use your plan for training your own dog.
Prices are shown at checkout as a one-time payment in the currency displayed and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including the 60-day calmer-or-refund guarantee described there.
Every dog and owner is different, so we cannot guarantee specific results; progress is gradual and depends on consistent practice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to DoggoPlan is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law or your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, let you know. These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions? Email support@doggoplan.com.
